MOBIPROF is a dynamically developing Russian manufacturer’s brand represented by a wide range of roll forming, bending, cutting and sleeting equipment covering almost all fields of metal sheet shaping and bending in the sphere of both construction works, and a wide range of adjacent fields.

The machines are low-cost and highly mobile, which alongside with self-repayment of the equipment, its high capacity, absence of need in a production shop, warehouses, product transportation costs and maintenance of a large worker staff transforms the MOBIPROF mobile shaping equipment use process into your own mobile business.

The core of the company is graduates of N. E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the highest level specialists who have a perfect command of rolling processes and dynamic loads in rolling equipment having a great experience both in the field of shaping and industrial design, and in the sphere of production organization.

Our developers use the most up-to-date equipment, and 2D and 3D computer-aided design, construction and analysis of the engineering process preparation..

Our motto is «Quality is in parts», because great attention is paid to the process of manufacture of each part, assembly, assembly unit. The most up-to-date and high-tech methods of machining are used in the production process. They result in the improved wear resistance and better performance of the equipment being produced.

The permanent run-in and testing of new models and innovations in the equipment design on the company’s own facilities, and annual participation in the major CIS exhibitions enable receipt of the promptest feedback concerning the shape-bending equipment and flexible response to ever-increasing market demands. In the long run, it is an invaluable experience which is permanently embodied by the manufacturer plant in its products.

All products produced on our equipment comply fully with Specs 3827-001-18761076-2004, SNiP, as well as the individual Specs of the customer. The carefully thought-out design of machines and their initial potential for further upgrade enables improving the performance in accordance with our customers’ requirements. All MOBIPROF equipment is fully adapted for operation in conditions of Russian construction sites.
