Description

The machine produces decorative profile “Cover” which is used for covering the aluminium clamping shape of glass structures. A band of the required width (strip) made of stainless or galvanized steel with polymer coating, 0.7 mm thick can be used as a workpiece.

The forming rollers are made of heat-treated instrument steel, which ensures high wear resistance, and metal coating is not damaged during rolling.

To be able to operate in automatic mode, the roll forming machine is additionally equipped with a pneumatically operated profile cut off device (stationary cut) for cutting the shapes and the numerical control system (CNC) which is used to enter a production program (length and quantity of items).

The finished profile length is accurate to ±1 mm. A cantilever decoiler is installed additionally for uncoiling the band. The calibration mill stand allows setting up the machine for operation with a particular metal type and thickness simply and quickly.
