Metall plate lining roll former

Metal plate lining roll forming machine is intend to produce “metal cover” profile which is used for production “Sandwich” type panels. The machine designed for rolling 1 250 mm wide sheet and coiled metal. For operation with coiled metal, the roll-forming machine can be equipped with a transversal roller shear.

Small size and light weight of the machine make it usable in a shop or on an outdoor area. The machine is designed for small-batch shape production. The panel can be rolled both with bead rollers, and with flat surface.

To facilitate operation with various metal thicknesses the machine can be equipped with automatic tuning system.

A custom build roll forming machine based on the customer’s drawings can be manufactured.
