Zv-0,5 Flat hem roll former

Roll forming machine Zv-05 is used for manufacture of a workpiece with turned edges using cold shaping method. The produced flat is a blank for subsequent manufacture of roof components and building facade.

The machine advantage is the blank width adjustability. It is carried out by rolling first one side of the blank, and then the other side. The guide located on the entry table allows feed metal into the machine smoothly. The blank of the maximum possible width is rolled in one pass.

The machine can operate with copper, aluminium, zinc-titanium, galvanized steel, including that with polymer coating. The compact size and light weight allow carrying and using it easily not only in the shop, but also on a construction project.
