Pvc windows reinforcements

The AP series lines are intended for profiling of open and closed profiles for armoring of items from PVC from galvanized steel 1,5-2,0 mm of thickness sheet or coiled metal which is pre-cut into blanks of the required width. The reinforcement shape is used for manufacture of PVC windows, doors and partitions.

Either strips of some width in roll, or flats of the same width and desired length are used as workpiece. 2 types of profiles can be manufactured using this machine. The size of the produced shape is adjusted by movement of the guides. The optimized configuration of forming rollers ensures smooth rolling of the profile and dimensional consistency over the whole length of the product. AP series machines rolling profiles with equally high quality, whether they are rolling from galvanized or black steel.

For operations with coiled metal strip the reinforcement shape machine can be optionally equipped with either mechanical reciprocating guillotine for blank cutting before shaping, or pneumatically or hydraulically operated profile guillotine for cutting the finished shapes at the machine outlet.

Numerical control system (CNC) allows producing profiles of the required length accurate to 1 mm. The operator touchpad makes the process of parameter entry and monitoring much easier, and allows entering up to 10 different programs into the machine memory. AP series roll forming machines have lightweight and small size, which allows using them not only in a production facility, but also on a construction site.
