Folding machine LTB-2500/0,8 is to produce the whole range of products for building roof and faces made of up to 0.8 mm steel. As the sheet bender is reasonable in internal structure, it allows guaranteed bending of up to 0.8 mm thick metal and finish bending up to 0.6 mm thick steel by 180 degrees, maintaining consistent geometry of the shape over its whole length. 14 mm narrow folding beam allows producing a wide range of complex products with minimum reverse bending of different configuration.

• the rigid structure guarantees the ideal 0.8 mm thick steel blank bending on machines of various length (as the sheet bender working length increases, its rigidity is provided by increase of specific quantity of metal);

• the clamping and folding beams deflection compensation system allows carrying out fine tuning of the machine for assurance of consistency of the set bending parameters (angle and radius) over the whole length of the product on any used material for different thicknesses;
